Program Overview

Duration: 12 Weeks (Virtual + 1 In-Person Weekend Intensive in NYC/NJ for Pro & Elite tiers only)

Format: Weekly Zoom group training, personalized mentorship, assignments, and for Pro/Elite

participants — an in-person weekend intensive Capstone: Professionally produced short film,

submitted to festivals, shot 6–8 weeks after program completion Bonus Opportunity: Top

performers may be invited to audition for Broken Shackles — with selected talent cast as paid actors

under Neon Lion Productions.

■ Required Production Fee

Standard Plan: $1,500 (split into two $750 payments)

- Payment 1: Due 2 weeks after training program completion

- Payment 2: Due 4 weeks later

Full-Pay Discount: $1,300 (save $200) if paid in full by the end of the training program.

This fee directly funds the professionally produced short film shot 6–8 weeks after the program.

It covers: Professional crew & equipment, locations & production design, festival submissions &

marketing/distribution.

■ Bonus: Broken Shackles Limited Series

Participation in the Short Film Intensive does not guarantee casting; instead, it serves as a professional

pipeline into Neon Lion Productions’ upcoming limited series, Broken Shackles, written and directed by

Bill Herndon.

Top participants who excel during both the training and the short film production will be invited

to audition.

There is no fee to audition, and those cast will be hired as paid actors under Neon Lion Productions.

This is not “pay-to-play” — it is a professional pathway where performance, talent, and growth create

real opportunities.
